the boat ride

Grandpa was here today, leaving us with the bucket-load of pictures I took at sea.
Here's pup with his grandma and grandpa, on the jetty just before we set out.

As if to prove he could sit on his own, he did just that, even as the boat rocked and his grandma worried.

It's OK grandpa, you can leave, I'll take it from here...

It's hard work steering a boat. Puppy-nap with the Lava-dragon and cuddly blankets is very nice, so is the soothing sound of the (not so) roaring engine.

It was mighty fun to sit on the roof of the cabin, seeing everything and feeling the wind up your nose.
That the mom looks like a buffoon only makes the pup look cuter =)
