today we returned to standard time, which pretty much give you an extra hour in the day. I wanna sleep.
Hubs realized I cut my hair, as we were going through the pictures in the camera and he saw the shoot with the hair in the sink. real attentive...

We're right now selling/trying to sell 2 cars, 2 TV-benches and 1 DVD-shelf. 1 pram also, but that's sold for 25€ (I bought it for 15 =)

 Last Sunday a new tooth finally broke through.

 In the Scenic pup sits in the middle, which is the safest position from a collision point of view. Me likes!

and why on earth did it have to be blue?

uhm, yeah...
We got a good price when testing it today, so we bought it. The pictures above belong to the seller by the way, but I decided it was OK to steal them as we now own the car (and they are stupid enough to have the for sale add up still) and their logo is clearly displayed (free commercial)

We're considering changing the stereo from the original tape recorder (yeah, TAPE!) to something a bit newer, and maybe upping the sound. I always wanted better sound in my Corolla, but there just wasn't anywhere to put the speakers without ruining the whole purpose of having a station wagon. But that depends on what it'll cost, though the stereo is already set to be changed (only into what is in doubt, how costly etc.)

Pup-o-saurus Rex

I noticed yesterday when picking up pup from daycare, that they had obviously been to the forest. The pic's of the other kids showed them running around, building a hut and such, but my little puppeteer just sat and watched =)

 Hard to get a good shoot of his shirt, but it says "fire brigade" on the right side, and he has a "gold" badge on the left. Here he's seen answering an emergency call for gnuffing =)

So, finally, I'm going to get my tattoo.
At noon today I'm getting a bit more ink'ed =)

It is the snowflake, and funniest thing is that the local studio called last week, after 2 months of thinking (when he said he'd call me the same day) and said he'd do it, but with modifications. i just said "Sorry dude, I've got XX at XX doing it next Tuesday, so I think I'll skip you" He got a bit shocked apparently =) Serves him right =)

I've been collecting Disney movies for years, and For the last two I've been only three movies away from completion, three movies. I've cursed at Disney every time they re-released a movie just off the market that I already had (dumbo, the little mermaid, robin hood, cinderella, bambi, pinoccio to mention a few)
But yesterday when ordering, I already knew Beauty and the Beast were going to be released, and when entering the Disney page, Fantasia and Fantasia 2000 popped out. So now they're all ordered, and as soon as they come I'll have a complete collection of Disney Classics, right down to #49 The Princess and the Frog

Today pup's first baby friend leaves for Greenland *sniffle*
She was born the day after us, a little bundle with thick dark hair.
I wished them luck over FB yesterday, and her mom asked if we'd like to "adopt" a bag of baby foods they wouldn't bring. Since pup eats everything and anything I said sure. What  I hadn't calculated was that driving there today would be so hard. Last Saturday we had a mommy-date without kids, laughing, having a great time and then going out to dance. We started at her place, and as I turned up her street the tears started to prickle my eyes. I had to really fight the tears as I walked up the short driveway, since the neighbors were out. It was awful seeing that house so empty, when last time I was there it was all lit up, candles both on the inside and outside, full of giggles and laughs.

Annica and Smilla, I wish you the best of luck in your new life. I hope it turns out to be everything you dreamed of!

where is everyone?

I'm not trying to force anyone to comment, far from it, but before I used to get at least a few comments when I posted pictures of pup, but now there's nothing.
And I've heard from around the web that some people have had issues posting comments, so I'm going to ease up on the "security" from now on, and hope that someone comments to let me know if it works.

First out in the parade is an overall (no name brand) inherited from my sister when I was caring for the little sissy one. Both she and my niece (who was the first inhabiter as I understood it) were small in size, and well walking when they used it, so the bottom was absolutely in mint condition as pup began using it. I'm not sure the pictures captured it good enough, but one week of "rump-rally" on the daycare pavement more or less wore it down completely...

So I picked up some sturdy outdoor fabric to enforce it with. I have yet to see it in action, but so far I'm liking the result.

Friday after seeing the Chiropractor (painful!) I slipped in to Bettan's since it's just a block away, not looking for anything in particular, but hoping for a dark blue body for pup, or something to wear to the mommy-party for me. Fail on both accounts, but I did find two overalls for pup, costing a total of 16€ for both. I decided it was a find, since the red one will be outgrown when spring comes, and the light green one (Reima) is 86, which should be perfect for him then. The brown one (Lassie) is "now size" and padded, I figured he could use this one at home, and keep the blue one at daycare.

and speaking of blue, here it is. The first one faired a bit bad first time through laundry, even though I followed every detail of the instruction, so yesterday mom who was in Sweden anyway stopped by the store and changed it for a new one. It's Reima, so it cost -a lot-, but I don't have to worry about him freezing, and that's the most important.

Today was a bit hectic.
Not the start, pup decided mommy was right, and 5 am was too early to get up, so he turned over after a bottle and slept to 8 =) *ME LIKES*
and then I got to sleep two more hours alone since I had been out and about yesterday evening/night due to a company party. The migraine from hell was not easy to quench though. It started last night due to too loud music at one pub, and then got worse.

So, when we were getting ready to go for lunch today, we realized we had completely forgotten about the baby swim... *sigh*

So, after lunch D went home to rest (to no success, his mom called), and me and pup went up to the dojo and the special stamping (?) that was held to celebrate the club's 40th anniversary.

 Pup wasn't really happy over the tatami, it was "grabbing" so he couldn't build up some speed.

And then we were off to the ♥ mommy group ♥
Pup got himself new shoes, that L's mom had bought at Bettans (kind of second hand store) for 5€, they were brand new but too small for her boy. She had brought them for E to try, but they were small there as well. But they fitted pup like a glove, as Ace Ventura would say =) To think that my pup would be small footed ever, considering the size of his feet when he was born (they were huge)

 

 

And we got the picture from the "chaos photography" I won't scan or load a better picture than this, and I intentionally took a bit blurred one, because the copyright belongs to the photographer, but I really wanted to post something about it because I love it.
