P: Shoesies, it's a shoe/that's a shoe
P: Cuuuddle
N: Who you're gonna cuddle?
P: Cuuddle the cars
P: the boat, ride on the boat
N: Oh, you're gonna ride on the boat?
and the he petted them ever so gently, though what I managed caught on tape ain't all that gentle...
Pups cousin celebrated his 14th birthday, pup liked the garden...
and the kitty...
and the cousin...
Hubs wanted to show of his new orthotics...
He still ahve to use the crutches, his knee is locked in that angle
He sais it makes him feel like he's in a sci-fi movie =) And it kinda looks like some of the stuff you see there =)
At the renaissance fair, sharing a sandwich with grandma
And offering to share with me too... Cutie ♥
Watching the jester perform
We met a group of old family friends, like mom said, that alone was worth the entry fee
Getting a bit tired from the heat, but soon perking up 'cos someone got to share ice cream =)
How many bunnies do you see in this picture? Poor things were cramped all over eachother to get some shade in the heat.
There were a tournament show
But we left just as they started, pup got to escaping, running around, not being happy. He was tired, hot and thirsty poor thing
Today I've found him twice looking in the album, saying "Aua", which is how he says the name of his betrothed ♥
For two nights now he's been sleeping in a pull-out bed (it can grow 2 more "steps") instead of the crib, and seems much more at ease, it has been a major amount of anxiety over the crib lately.
Before the "wild partying" began, pup helped his grandmother with the vacuuming... He is bouncing...
snoozing while everyone else is working
I've told you, he sleeps through everything, they were right next to him, and like 10 kids screaming, cheering and dancing to the music...
The leave-frame. It's alder-leaves that has been ripped of off young threes and tied to cords.

The sailing boats, it is bad luck if they don't sail when the pole is up.
the airplane, this is unique to mom's village and noone knows where it came from to start with
The sunset over the ocean
The year of the first pole and the streamer
And at the top, "the fighting man", also a bad sign if his arms don't go round.
And since nupper-pupper showed no sign of waking for the rising, he got his flower garland anyway
The children of the village carrying out the crowns
Heave ho and up she goes. A pretty big crowd.
Then we danced around it, not all songs though.
Pup taking a breather in granny's arms.
Pup wanted to push his pram home, so I let him. I didn't think he'd make it all the way, but he did. And that's well over half a kilometer. That's very much for a little pup, and he wasn't just walking and holding it, he was really pushing, if I pushed too much, he started running with it... Which made steering it really hard, so I just pushed as much as he allowed.
The midsummer dinner ended with fresh strawberries and whipped cream
My little midsummer pup
MOM! Stop snapping pictures of me and the teddy (note that the teddy is wearing a helmet as well) and start pushing, we're standing still for crying out loud!!!
Pup's first tick. EW!!! Luckily only a newt, so it won't carry any diseases, but still EEEW!!!
Something like this is how you'll spot pup on his way to daycare (depending a bit on what outdoors clothes has followed him home the day before) ready for some biking =)
Today when we got home, there was a big bag on our door. And the plastic crackled so funny.
Inside was a big beach towel with a polar bear and a t-shirt with lots and lots of polar-animals. It's from pretty little S and her mom, because we've borrowed them the Trekko for the 5 weeks they're home, they live on Greenland otherwise. S is born the day after pup by the way, and was next doors at the delivery ward.
Today we went to a tivoli that DUV (the welfare of the retarded, though that word is not really what I am going for, I cannot find a better translation) brings here every year. Pup was big enough for some rides... This one he loved (also the one in the video above), he laughed and leaned in the curves. He broke down completely when he had to leave it, granny ahd to forcefully carry him away.
Pull-a-string-lottery
And someone won a (tasty) flower
Yup, I've been on the batmo-scooter...
I tried throwing down 6 cans in a pyramid, but missed first by much, and with the second try even more, but to the other side... Though I cot to choose between a plastic trumpet or a garland of flowers for a consolation price. I took the silent one =)
But then I had to give it another go, and knocked ALL the cans down with the two throws I got. I had 3 varieties of cowboy hats to choose from. The other two were butt-ugly-hideous, soo I went wit sissy-silly.
I have a ton of pictures in the cameras, both the ixus (Canon Ixus 860IS) and the alpha (Sony Alpha 33 SLT) but have been reluctant to save them to the computer since it's a bit (read A LOT) strained from harboring all the TV-series I had stored on my EeePc. Some are from Mother's Day, others just from different days and times.
The cable-ferry being on the Simskäla-side for lunch break, so we waited
Daddy... you're in my way...
Pup loved to be allowed to run freely on the road, it dead-ended in the dock and where it ends behind the boys, it turned over a little islet and was visible for at least double the length, so no car could come without us seeing it minutes before it arrived.
Hard to get a picture of it, but they have the same kind of trotting-style...
Me on Mothers Day. The dress makes me look humongous, but the fabric is gorgeous and feels marvelous against the skin, really light cotton.
Food. We ate this today, hubs downed them, my mom cooked them. Nom nom
He climbed up there, and sat staring out at the street for about an hour, saying Biiil (caaar) for every car that passed outside this Friday afternoon as the rain was poring down.
funny face
Eating mashed potatoes by oneself... We finally know why his curls grows so much, he feeds them...
Wanna borrow my kitty? (Ki, iss, kah, kii-kah, isse, ish loved pet has many names...)
I'll cuddle him myself then .
Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur...
Mr Handsome himself at his cousin A's 16th birthday
Happy in his padded helmet =)
This last is a song I've fallen in love with. It's patriotic, both to country and to my native tongue Swedish. And I love the music and how the voices work together.
