Pup's running a pretty high temperature (38,7ºC or 101,66ºF) but apart from a bit of a runny nose he's just fine. Well, he's "slow", tired and not his ordinary cherry self, but really, with that temp. I don't blame him!
But the dilemma is daycare...
I pretty much have to go to work (early to top it off) tomorrow, and the rest of the week, since one (out of 3) in my department is on sick-leave for the whole coming week. And there's a shitload of work to be done.
Hub's can't miss even one single class from school, then he'll flunk. Even if it's because he's so sick that he's puking his guts out, so him staying home with pup isn't possible either.
We're probably gonna leave him at daycare tomorrow, with meds, because he's not sick in any way, just tired 'cos of his high temperature. I mean, it's not like he has a contagious decease or something, he's just teething.
Aww this is always the problem with sick kids! I was always told that teething never caused a faver, but it always seemed to me that they had one every time they teethed. You may be suprised he might burn through the fever tonight with meds and be fine tomorrow morning!!

ReplyDeleteDet där med att de inte får feber vid tandsprickning är ju bara b-s om du frågar mig. Alla mina 4 barn har fått feber i samband med tändernas ankomst!
ReplyDeleteHäromveckan hade Vemund däremot feber i 5 dagar - utan minsta lilla tand. Snacka onödigt! Tur att jag fortfarande får vara mammaledig. ;)
